Adulthood and young adulthood can be incredibly stressful. Learn to approach the important and fun parts of adulthood in a way that is meaningful. Learn to reduce stress and lean into what matters in your adult life.
My Approach
Alex has developed an approach to address social emotional dis-regulation as well as teach important social skills to help in one’s social development. Alex has committed the last 8 years to developing the skillset needed to be clinically effective at treating these types of challenges.

Alex is committed to helping neurodivergent learners overcome the challenges of childhood, adolescents and young adulthood. Alex utilizes evidence based practices shown to reduce the intensity of lifes stressors.
